Retail Sales associate responsible for selling women's apparel both in-store and digitally at The Sono Collection in Norwalk, CT. The position supports merchandising and order fulfillment while using technology and social tools to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools, text, and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and provide confident styling guidance
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and keep the department customer ready
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts and grow customer following
• Work flexibly across departments as needed and support team goals
