Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools
• Build and sustain customer relationships and open new rewards program accounts
• Provide styling advice and product/fit recommendations to customers
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and do light cleaning
• Use networking and technology to grow business and support teammates as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to be continuously active for 6-8 hours per shift, including bending, squatting, reaching, and frequent use of hands
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
