Summary

Provide warm, personalized customer service while driving sales and creating memorable shopping experiences in a shoes department. Use styling, digital platforms, and relationship building to meet sales goals while maintaining department presentation and assisting with stock and merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and build relationships to inspire purchases and repeat visits
• Achieve sales goals through styling and using digital channels including text and social media
• Open new customer rewards accounts and promote loyalty programs
• Perform department tasks such as filling orders, stocking, remerchandising and price markdowns
• Maintain a customer ready environment including light cleaning
• Work flexible schedules and occasionally perform duties in other departments
• Handle merchandise including lifting and moving items as required
