Brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals by representing product knowledge and company standards from welcome to close. Acts as a liaison between clients and the brand while supporting store operations, visual standards, and team objectives.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs through proactive selling.
- Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain customer correspondence and develop client relationships.
- Follow established sales techniques, service standards, and dress code.
- Assist with inventory, special projects, and perform opening and closing duties.
- Help maintain visual merchandising standards under management direction.
- Communicate professionally with management, peers, and corporate teams.
- Participate in training of new sales associates when requested.
- Adapt to changing brand needs and support product launches and initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail including high end watch sales.
- Proven success in client service within a luxury environment.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow up skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands.
- Results oriented and self motivated to achieve management defined goals.
- Flexible to work any day of the week including weekends.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and behavior per brand standards.
