Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate fit and styles
- Deliver personalized service and honest feedback to build customer loyalty
- Meet individual sales goals in-store and through digital tools such as text and social media
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a customer-ready department
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain fitting room standards
- Stay updated on product knowledge through training and brand resources
