Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection
- Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain merchandise presentation
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
- Work a flexible schedule that varies by week based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with ability to use networking and technology to drive sales
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift including bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation and ability to handle bulky items
- Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
