Provide personalized lingerie sales and bra fitting services to build customer trust and loyalty through in-store and digital interactions. Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring customers and recommending appropriate sizes and styles.
- Deliver personalized service and honest feedback to build lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and department sales goals through in-store and digital outreach.
- Use networking and technology tools such as text and social media to engage customers.
- Support merchandising tasks including filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns.
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department.
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational needs and customer demand.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in using technology for sales.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced retail environment.
- Organizational skills and strong follow through.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to be on continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift and perform tasks involving bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
