Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
- Provide styling advice and confident feedback on fit and product selection
- Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Stock merchandise, fill orders, remerchandise, perform price markdowns, and complete light cleaning
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep the department customer ready
- Be flexible to perform duties in different departments as needed
- Operate physical tasks including bending, lifting, reaching, and frequent movement during shifts
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in networking and technology for sales
- Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced setting
- Organization and strong follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Capability to perform continuous movement for 6 to 8 hours and handle lifting up to 25 pounds
