Returns Desk Associate

As a Returns Desk Associate, you will play a crucial role in facilitating returns and supporting daily operations under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager, Operations. You will ensure the smooth processing of returns and maintain an organized work environment.

• Open and close the digital return register daily.
• Maintain a neat and organized environment.
• Follow protocols for processing returns, adjustments, and reconciling reports.
• Ensure product security and integrity, especially for .com returns.
• Resolve customer issues both internally and externally.
• Support other specialized operations such as cash reconciliation and jewelry operations.
• Communicate effectively with Merchandise Operations, Asset Protection, and management.
• Handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and handle merchandise.
• Knowledge of POS systems and strong computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule and adherence to dependability standards.
