Responsibilities- Achieve key performance benchmarks to contribute to the boutique and brand fiscal strategy.
- Professionally represent the brand in compliance with group sales policies and procedures.
- Be attentive, responsive, and versatile to client requests, balancing local brand initiatives and client product expectations.
- Consistently achieve and/or exceed individual and Boutique overall monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent client experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
- Lead and manage all steps of the sale ceremony professionally according to the brand’s policy.
- Negotiate and handle objections with ease.
- Identify potential sales leads and perform targeted follow-up to generate product selling opportunities.
- Participate in networking events to generate traffic and brand exposure.
- Maintain CRM efficiency and build long-lasting business relationships.
- Capture consistent, accurate, and relevant client data to build lasting relationships.
- Resolve client issues/concerns and escalate as needed to Management.
- Partner with Management to develop plans for in-store and offsite events.
- Adhere to Richemont and A. Lange & Söhne social media guidelines.
- Maintain presentable and professional attire and language within the boutique.
Requirements- Possess a ‘can do’ attitude and understanding of Luxury client experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years of prior work experience in the timepiece-related field.
- Exhibit critical thinking skills and solution-oriented mindset.
- Availability and flexibility to work according to the Boutique schedule.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Excel software.
- Secondary language is a plus.
