Responsibilities- Create and develop positive relationships with customers, from first contact to farewell.
- Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals.
- Accomplish goals set by Store Management, contributing to teamwork.
- Effectively use the Client Book to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Create and cultivate a network of contacts to expand the potential customer base.
- Gather information about the market, including new trends, events, and competitors' activities.
- Interact and collaborate effectively with colleagues in the store and company.
- Implement stock procedures according to company standards and guidelines.
- Respect Brioni standards, roles, and procedures, sharing possible issues and risks promptly.
Requirements- At least 3 years of experience in a sales position in a luxury brand.
- Fluent in English.
- Good knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
- MTM specialization is a plus.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Flexible to work in a multicultural context.
- Proactive and self-development attitude.
- Sense of ownership and ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Available to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, annual inventory, and holiday season.
