Sales Ambassador - Concierge

Summary

Provide welcoming customer service and support a smooth checkout experience in a retail environment. Process transactions accurately, share product knowledge, and help maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and support cross-selling and upselling.
• Process purchases, returns, promotional offers, and Ship to Home orders accurately.
• Maintain customer profiles and accurate salesperson data in the POS system.
• Keep the cash wrap and queue area clean and support visual merchandising standards.
• Complete required training and collaborate with the store team.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Operate a register and remain standing, moving, or walking for multiple hours.
• Lift or climb up to 30 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
