Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized styling, relationship building, and expert product knowledge. This role focuses on driving sales and client engagement on the sales floor while leveraging digital tools and CRM to support clienteling and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and thoughtful styling recommendations to drive sales.
• Strategize personal business growth and leverage digital tools to enhance client outreach and retention.
• Support the team in achieving sales goals and individual KPIs (SPH, data capture, etc.).
• Utilize CRM tools like Polo Connect to capture customer data and support clienteling efforts.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer-centric behaviors and uphold store standards.
• Maintain visual standards, participate in store initiatives, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfort using digital tools for selling and client outreach.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
