• Maintain store visual standards and uphold company policies.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to use digital tools to support sales and clienteling.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the store for multiple hours and lift up to 30 pounds.
