Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling and detailed product knowledge.
• Utilize CRM tools like Polo Connect and digital resources to capture customer data and support clienteling.
• Drive individual and team sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and KPIs.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to enhance customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store initiatives and community outreach.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and support hiring and training efforts.
• Balance operational tasks while prioritizing an elevated customer experience.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred.
