Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling, product knowledge, and attentive interactions.
• Strategize personal business growth by prospecting, outreach, and leveraging digital clienteling tools.
• Drive sales performance and meet individual KPIs while supporting team sales plans.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and hiring efforts.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing when required.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed and experience using digital sales tools preferred.
