Seasonal Brand Ambassador is a part-time retail role focused on delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. The position drives daily business by meeting sales goals, building client relationships, and supporting the store vision. Ambassadors represent the brand through in-store and digital channels while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer-focused selling.
• Provide a consistent customer experience aligned to brand and store expectations.
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training to execute business results.
• Utilize omnichannel tools and alternative purchasing processes (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home).
• Broaden product discovery via QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual store tools.
• Maintain sales floor standards and provide feedback to management on opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
• Strong customer communication skills and ability to build clientele.
• Ability to operate a register and remain standing, walking, and moving for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor, stock areas, and dressing rooms.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel or overnight shifts.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members.
