Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional, personalized service that reflects the Ralph Lauren lifestyle. This in-store role focuses on building client relationships, driving sales, and supporting store standards while coaching peers and using digital tools for clienteling.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service with thoughtful styling recommendations and product knowledge.
• Drive individual sales and contribute to store sales plans and KPIs.
• Use CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling initiatives.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to foster customer-centric behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards and assist with merchandising activities.
• Participate in store and community initiatives and support hiring and training efforts.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
• Comfortable using digital sales tools and operating point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move merchandise for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
