Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors curate exceptional in-store experiences by delivering personalized service and thoughtful styling recommendations. They drive individual sales performance through clienteling, outreach, and effective use of digital tools while supporting store standards and team initiatives. This part-time role requires flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends and contributes to coaching and developing brand ambassadors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling based on product knowledge and customer needs.
• Drive sales and meet individual KPIs through outreach, wardrobing, and leveraging digital tools.
• Capture and utilize customer data in CRM tools to support clienteling and business initiatives.
• Coach and provide guidance to Brand Ambassadors to foster customer-centric behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards and support store and community initiatives.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and participate in hiring and training efforts.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Ability to operate a register and work on the sales floor standing and walking for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM preferred.
