Sales Ambassador

Sales Ambassadors curate exceptional lifestyle experiences for clients by delivering personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. They drive individual and store sales performance while building lasting client relationships through active listening and clienteling. This role leverages digital tools and CRM to expand client engagement and serves as a pathway to future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, showcase product knowledge, and provide personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive sales and support team achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Utilize CRM (Polo connect) and digital tools to capture customer data, conduct outreach, and support clienteling.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer-centric behaviors and contribute to team success.
• Maintain store visual standards and use company guidelines for product presentation.
• Participate in store initiatives, training, talent sourcing, and community outreach.
• Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and upholding company policies.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, and maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap, and office.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform moderate climbing as needed.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends; experience using digital selling tools preferred.
