Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver personalized customer service and styling on the sales floor, using product knowledge and clienteling to build lasting relationships and drive revenue. The role leverages digital tools and CRM to support outreach and growth, helps maintain store standards, and contributes to team coaching and training efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, offer personalized styling recommendations, and showcase product knowledge.
• Drive individual sales and support the team in meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture meaningful customer data and execute clienteling strategies.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to promote customer centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain store visual standards and assist with merchandising and presentation.
• Participate in store initiatives, training, talent sourcing, and community outreach.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty or high-volume retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs; able to maneuver around sales floor, stock, and dressing rooms.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Comfortable using digital sales tools and CRM to support client outreach and sales activities.
