Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor by providing personalized styling recommendations, leveraging product knowledge, and building lasting client relationships. They drive individual and team sales through proactive clienteling and digital tools while supporting store standards and coaching peers. This role is an in-store, client-facing position and an entry point for future management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding needs and offering personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive sales and meet individual KPIs through wardrobing, outreach, and effective use of digital selling tools.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture customer data and support clienteling initiatives.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to foster customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
• Support store and company initiatives, participate in community outreach, and assist with talent sourcing.
• Adapt product presentation for in-person and remote customers to maximize engagement.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty, high-volume, or high-profile retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate the register, stand and walk for extended periods, and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
• Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred.
