Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassador who curates exceptional customer experiences and drives sales through personalized styling and clienteling. Acts as an entry point for future management and supports team performance by coaching Brand Ambassadors and leveraging digital tools. Delivers product knowledge, meets key performance indicators, and maintains store standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized styling recommendations and deep product knowledge.
• Drive individual sales and support team goals by meeting KPIs (SPH, data capture) and contributing to monthly and quarterly plans.
• Execute clienteling and CRM activities using tools like Polo Connect to capture meaningful customer data.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to develop customer-centric behaviors and relationship-building skills.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation according to company guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach, and talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to operate the register, stand, walk, and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas for multiple hours.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital sales tools and CRM preferred.
