Sales Ambassador

Summary

The Sales Ambassador delivers exceptional in-store customer experiences through personalized styling, product knowledge, and strong client relationships. They drive sales performance by leveraging digital tools and CRM to support clienteling while meeting individual KPIs. The role also includes coaching Brand Ambassadors, maintaining visual standards, and participating in store initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer service and styling recommendations with detailed product knowledge.
• Drive sales and meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) through proactive outreach and wardrobing.
• Use CRM (Polo Connect) and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors and contribute to team training and talent sourcing.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store and community initiatives and provide feedback to management.
• Perform operational tasks on the sales floor, cashwrap, stock and dressing rooms as needed.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs; able to maneuver around the sales floor and operate the register.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Comfortable using digital sales tools and CRM for client engagement.
