Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual sales and support the team in achieving monthly and annual targets.
• Use CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support client outreach.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer-centric behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store initiatives and community outreach.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and assist in talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Comfortable using digital selling tools and operating point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to navigate the sales floor, stock/dressing rooms, and cashwrap areas safely.
