Job Description

Summary

The Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting the General Manager, Finance Director, and Sales Director team by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing insights to achieve sales budgets. This role involves optimizing inventory, analyzing stock assortment, and ensuring timely order submissions. The Sales Analyst collaborates with retail partners and the sales director team to build sales targets and forecast launch allocations.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze account inventory and replenishment weekly to identify opportunities and liabilities.
  • Monitor Weeks of Supply and collaborate with Sales Directors on next steps.
  • Manage new and discontinued SKU setups and allocations.
  • Communicate inventory status and manage promotional event allocations.
  • Compile weekly retail sales reports and assist with sales goals and market meeting preparations.
  • Review invoices and manage spend to seasonal budgets.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of related planning experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in sales analytics, preferably with a wholesale or retailer background.
  • Strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Bi, and Skypad.
  • Ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines.
