- Welcome customers viewing watches, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Manage the customer sales process from contact to after-sales.
- Understand stock control procedures and conduct daily and monthly stock takes.
- Handle live orders post-payment and address after-sales queries.
Requirements- Experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ability to negotiate, ideally with part exchanges involved.
- Ability to absorb technical information and follow instructions precisely.
