Sales Associate - Soho

KENZO is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join its SoHo boutique. This role involves providing a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

• Meet individual and store sales targets and clientele sales goals.
• Exemplify the core values of the brand when assisting customers.
• Support sales staff with merchandise needs not on the sales floor.
• Engage with a team selling mentality.
• Incorporate product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Develop lasting client relationships to increase retention.
• Promote store events through various communication methods.
• Maintain a client book for growing engaged clientele.
• Follow up on shipping, alteration, or client-related issues.
• Assist in housekeeping and selling space maintenance.
• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory control.
• Partner with Management for replenishment and product feedback.

• 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Proven experience in driving positive customer interactions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
