Summary
As a Sales Associate you will represent the Maison by achieving and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional client experiences across all touch points. You will actively participate in daily boutique operations, support after sales clients, and help cultivate client relationships to grow your portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
- Greet and acknowledge customers and provide outstanding customer service before during and after sales
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and capture client data for follow up
- Assist and support after sales clients and escalate issues to management as needed
- Participate in in store and offsite events and networking per management plans
- Support daily boutique operations including set up breakdown merchandising and back stock maintenance
- Participate in inventories cycle counts and assist with audit preparation
- Assist with special projects such as price changes and back office responsibilities
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail
- Ability to work retail hours including Saturdays Sundays and one weekday and to travel for trainings and events
- College degree preferred
- Computer savvy with MS Office required SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong customer service focus
- General knowledge of timepiece movements preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
