Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. Role requires in-store and digital selling using technology to service clients and achieve sales goals. This position is onsite at the specified location and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert styling and brand knowledge to clients.
• Use technology and digital tools to engage clients and drive sales.
• Sell in-person and remotely, tailoring presentations to each client.
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize outreach and business development to increase productivity.
• Create a collaborative and positive work environment.

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail.
• Experience with digital selling tools and technology.
• Commission sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Flexible work schedule availability.
