Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Balenciaga Saks New York, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and acting as a brand ambassador. You will work closely with the Store Director to meet sales goals and promote the philosophy and values of Balenciaga.

• Achieve individual sales and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
• Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Maintain an organized client book and regularly contact clients for follow-up.
• Stay informed about current trends and fashion history to advise clients.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to daily operational tasks.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
