Sales Associate role in a Beverly Hills boutique selling ready-to-wear and made-to-order shoes and accessories. The position focuses on delivering high-end customer service, maximizing sales, managing stock and aftercare services, and supporting daily boutique operations under the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and develop sales opportunities to ensure customer retention.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of footwear and accessories.
- Keep in-store displays fresh, relevant, and attractive.
- Handle customer queries, correspondence, and aftersales services.
- Maintain awareness of store and network stock and participate in ordering and receiving.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of stock and report issues to the Store Manager.
- Contribute to and utilize the customer database to support CRM initiatives.
- Participate in store security activities and liaise with wider team as needed.
- Undertake projects and responsibilities as directed by the Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in high-end or luxury international retail.
- Exceptional written and spoken English; fluency in an additional language advantageous.
- Familiarity with retail administration and basic CRM and e-commerce systems preferred.
- Refined approach to sales, relationship management, and strong organizational skills.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, adaptable mindset in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, remain calm under pressure, and perform independently.
- Open availability including weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.
