Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships while achieving sales targets for a luxury eyewear brand. Maintain in-depth product knowledge and deliver personalized recommendations in a fast paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience
- Maintain and expand product knowledge including warranties and optical add on features
- Build and maintain client relationships with follow up communication
- Meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross selling
- Assist with minor adjustments and repairs
- Keep sales floor and back of house organized and visually appealing
- Provide omnichannel support to ensure seamless online and in store service
- Follow brand policies procedures and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail sales experience preferably in eyewear or luxury retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Experience operating a POS system preferred
