Summary

Provide a personalized, elevated client experience at the CHANEL Yorkdale Boutique, building lasting relationships and supporting boutique sales goals. This full-time fixed-term role is a maternity leave replacement ending in July 2027.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored client service, styling advice, and seamless after-sales support.
• Build product expertise and proactively pursue personal and boutique sales goals.
• Support daily boutique and back-of-house operations, including product handling and alterations.
• Help maintain merchandising standards, follow up with clients, and accurately capture client data.
• Represent the brand with polished presentation and professional etiquette.

Requirements

• Proven luxury retail or high-end customer service experience, with success in sales and client service.
• Ability to build strong, personalized client relationships.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Impeccable grooming and a polished, sophisticated presentation.
