Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value.
• Capture and enter customer information into the database.
• Develop and maintain lasting client relationships to increase retention.
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.
• Assist with housekeeping and visual maintenance of the store image.
• Support inventory controls including shipping, receiving, damages, and cycle counts.
• Maintain an organized and secure stockroom.
