Sales Associate - Central Valley

Summary

As a Sales Associate you will support store performance by delivering excellent customer service, representing the brand, and helping to grow brand awareness in the market. Reporting to the Store Manager you will contribute to achieving store and personal sales goals, support omnichannel initiatives, and help maintain merchandising and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships
• Represent and support brand values and culture on the sales floor
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on trends
• Execute visual merchandising and store presentation guidelines
• Support omni channel service and initiatives
• Assist in day to day store operations as directed by Store Manager

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales or customer service
• Passion for fashion and product knowledge in denim and casual wear
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work part time hours including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to support store merchandising and operational standards
• Eligible to work in the United States and provide proof of authorization
