Summary
Provide exceptional client service and represent the brand in-store and virtually while supporting store operations. Develop and maintain a personal clientele, meet sales targets, and uphold product and visual standards. Perform key-holder duties and assist with inventory, shipping and receiving as needed.
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador through client interactions in-store and virtually
- Fulfill key-holder duties including store opening closing and cash handling
- Maintain high level of product knowledge and visual standards
- Manage client book with follow up via phone email and thank you notes
- Achieve and strive to exceed monthly sales targets and productivity goals
- Perform cash wrap procedures and be proficient with register systems
- Assist with inventory shipping receiving and back of house tasks
- Support end of day procedures such as bag checks
- Participate in inventory and special store projects as required
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience preferable
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Comfortable handling cash and performing key-holder responsibilities
- Strong communication skills for client outreach and follow up
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory processes
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to assist with back of house and special projects
