Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an inviting and welcoming environment for clients
• Offer styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Execute the client journey and behaviors to drive repeat business
• Capture and cultivate client data and relationships
• Initiate client follow up on sales, events, and inquiries
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and management
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail, sales, or related customer service role
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
• Creative and innovative mindset with openness to new ideas
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
