Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Provide styling advice and product knowledge

• Maintain merchandising standards and store presentation
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals
• Participate in hiring event interviews as needed

Requirements

• Customer focused with strong communication skills
• Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and evenings
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Comfortable standing and moving on the sales floor for extended periods
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Willingness to support multiple store functions including stock and fulfillment
