Summary

Sales Associate - Fine Jewelry provides personalized service to customers on the sales floor, driving sales of the fine jewelry assortment. The role requires deep product knowledge, relationship-building, and delivering a luxury shopping experience. This is a full-time, in-store position based in White Plains, NY.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offering product education and styling guidance for fine jewelry.
• Build client relationships and proactively drive sales to meet individual and store targets.
• Present product features, demonstrate pieces, and upsell complementary items.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain merchandising standards, stock display cases, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow security and loss-prevention procedures for high-value merchandise.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing product training to maintain expertise.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury accessories.
• Strong customer service, sales, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry terminology is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise with care.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
