Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in the fine jewelry department by advising clients on products and presenting merchandise. Support merchandising standards, maintain product knowledge, and ensure secure handling of high-value items. Work as part of a sales team to meet individual and store sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assess needs and recommend jewelry selections.
• Demonstrate product features, educate clients on care and value, and close sales.
• Maintain merchandising standards, product presentation, and inventory accuracy.
• Process transactions, handle payments, and maintain client records in POS system.
• Follow loss prevention, security, and safe handling procedures for high-value merchandise.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or fine jewelry sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math and POS experience; strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
