Summary

As a Sales Associate in Fine Jewelry at our South Coast Plaza location, you will deliver attentive customer service and drive sales through product knowledge and relationship building. You will support daily store operations and help maintain a luxury presentation of the jewelry assortment. This is a full-time temporary position focused on providing an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals to close sales.
• Process transactions accurately, handle payments, and assist with returns or exchanges per store policy.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure security and proper handling of merchandise.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales or fine jewelry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a luxury retail focus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling; must be detail-oriented and trustworthy.
