Sales Associate - Handbags - Tysons Corner

Summary

As a Sales Associate - Handbags you will deliver personalized service and drive sales on the retail floor. You will build client relationships, maintain product knowledge of handbags and accessories, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. This role supports specialty selling initiatives and the visual presentation of the handbag assortment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor to understand needs and provide styling and product recommendations.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals through proactive selling and clienteling.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandise presentation for the handbag department.
• Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while following store policies.
• Assist with inventory, restocking and loss-prevention procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in accessories or luxury goods.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible retail hours, including nights and weekends.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience.
