Sales Associate - Home

As a Sales Associate in the Home department, you will provide exceptional customer service and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their home product needs and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate home products.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in home products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
