Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in the Home department. Engages customers on the sales floor, provides product knowledge, and builds client relationships. Maintains merchandising standards and supports store operations to ensure an elevated shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and product recommendations to customers on the sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising, visual presentation, and inventory replenishment in the Home department.
• Process transactions, exchanges, and special orders accurately at point of sale.
• Achieve individual sales goals and participate in loss prevention and store recovery efforts.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, including follow-up and outreach.

Requirements

• 2+ years retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
