Sales Associate - Hudson Yards

Summary

Act as an ambassador of the Maison to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional client experiences across all touch points and supporting daily boutique operations. Proactively develop and maintain a client portfolio and participate in in-store and offsite events. Support after sales clients and uphold brand standards in a fast paced luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management
• Greet and engage clients, providing outstanding customer service before during and after sales
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships and capture client data for follow up
• Support and participate in in store and offsite events and networking initiatives
• Assist with daily boutique set up breakdown merchandising and back stock maintenance
• Participate in inventories and cycle counts to prepare for audits
• Resolve client issues appropriately and escalate to management when needed
• Maintain knowledge of product industry news and competitors

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail service or hospitality
• College degree preferred
• General knowledge of timepiece movements
• Proficiency with computers MS Office and internet; SAP preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Availability to work retail hours including weekends and travel for trainings and events
