Sales Associate

Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for creating an excellent customer shopping experience through exceptional service, supporting store operations, and contributing to team performance. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and maintaining store standards. The associate assists with inventory, visual merchandising, and loss prevention while using the POS system accurately.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Achieve KPIs and CRM requirements and focus on cross and up-selling
• Provide exceptional customer care and build lasting client relationships
• Recruit and convert prospect clients and grow local client network
• Maintain client books and keep contact for appointments and product arrivals
• Support merchandise inventory, cycle counts and goods receptions
• Assist with unpacking, packing, refilling and stockroom organisation
• Maintain visual standards under direction of VM department and support store projects
• Ensure store security, loss prevention and functional maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience preferred
• Ready-to-Wear or luxury fashion experience is an advantage
• Good understanding of the luxury market and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good customer service, selling skills and mix and match ability
• Team player with motivation and drive
• Proficient and accurate use of POS systems
