Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Maintain a guest ready sales floor where clients feel welcomed
- Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
- Engage in clienteling to drive repeat business and capture client data
- Initiate follow up on sales events and client inquiries
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to foster open communication
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Continuously seek feedback and demonstrate a learning attitude
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
