Sales Associate - Las Vegas North Premium Outlet

Summary

Provide exceptional client experiences as a brand ambassador at the Las Vegas North Premium Outlet location, reporting to the General Manager. Drive sales through personalized service, relationship building, and participation in the Retail Excellence Program. Support store operations including consignments, returns, exchanges, and repair handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clienteling to meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals
• Capture client data and maintain relationships through follow up and after sales service
• Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges
• Advise clients on product fit and manage customer repairs
• Develop and support business driving initiatives, contests, and events
• Collaborate effectively with peers and management to achieve KPIs such as UPT and ATV
• Maintain retail point of sale and support store operations in a fast paced environment

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience in a retail environment; luxury retail preferred
• Proven ability to clientele and build genuine client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills including retail point of sale, Word, Excel, and email
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a high paced environment
• Outgoing, high energy, entrepreneurial and sales focused personality
