The Sales Associate develops deep long lasting relationships with customers to increase sales service and loyalty in a luxury menswear environment. This commission based role focuses on client acquisition retention and delivering extraordinary service while supporting store merchandising and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary service to all customers
- Exceed sales and service goals and targets
- Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and retention
- Attend product knowledge vendor and store seminars
- Perform floor recovery visual merchandising price changes and sales support tasks
- Communicate regularly with clients via phone mail and electronic methods
- Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management
- Comply with health safety privacy and cyber security policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a commission based luxury sales environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- Collaborative team oriented work style
- Experience leveraging social media to build a personal brand and promote sales
- Skilled using multiple technology channels for client engagement and acquisition
- Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends
- Broad product knowledge across store merchandise categories
- Proactive about staying informed on new merchandise deliveries
